This is just a small selection of our customer feedback which is all genuine and is kept on file for inspection at our offices. This afternoon I have had a set of ‘Dolphin’ front sensors fitted to my 62 reg VW Passat Estate – this follows having a set of rear ‘Dolphin’ sensors (supplied by you) fitted a couple of weeks ago.
As previously the installation technician was Graham Clegg (of Wakefield) and again he was excellent.
The rear sensors were fitted after a neighbour (who I had recommended ‘Dolphin’ sensors) had had a set of front sensor fitted this morning by Graham.
In the past few minutes I have recommended ‘Dolphin’ sensors to my brother in-law (at Hatfield, near Doncaster) who is considering having rear sensors fitted to his motorhome.

Just wanted to say how impressed I have been with the service of ordering and fitting my Dolphin Parking Sensors.
I rang initially and both guys I spoke to were very helpful in the knowledge of the product. I placed an order online, parts were delivered recorded and I was kept informed of progress.
The installer was excellent, please pass my thanks onto him too. He explained everything, and even though he hit a snag with the CANBUS adapter not working he proposed all options and was even willing to travel again if I wanted time to think. We went for front visual and rear audio in the end as he had a kit in the car, everything was installed to a very high standard and a demo done to show how it worked.
I also got a refund for the CANBUS adapter, no questions asked and on the spot which is excellent customer service.

Hi - I ordered these parking sensors to help my wife park our Mk4 Astra cabrio. Just a bit of feedback on the product and service from your firm....
I placed my order as you can see on Tuesday 20th, you despatched the following day and I received it safely yesterday Thursday 22nd. Fitted this afternoon the whole job, done at quite a leisurely pace, took less thatn 2hrs and I didn't even have to take the bumper off !
The sensors work brilliantly - product does exactly what it says on the tin. The sensor buttons on the bumper look great too - you wouldn't know they are an after-market fit. Based on the very comprehensive data on your website I ordered your "silver" which is a is an almost perfect match for the Astra which is painted in Vauxhall's "Star Silver".

Last year i bought a set parking sensors from you for a Mitsubishi Outlander (2010) for the front. with great succes i must say, and i promised you some pictures of the result, so here they are and sorry for the delay. Now i bought for myself a new 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman R60 with original PDC in the back, and i would like to have it also in the front with CAN bus interface for the speedsignal. i think 4 sensors are enough, but do you have a set for me that will fit? (the CAN bus interface is the most important)

i recently ordered a DPS400 parking sensor kit from yourself to fit on my wife’s new Ford Focus. i would just like to thank you for the quality of service you provided. the kit arrived the following day where upon we realised we had actually ordered the wrong colour for the car. we contacted your company and spoke with an extremely helpful representative called Gareth who advised us to return the coloured sensors and the correct colour would be posted out to us free of charge, even though the mistake was ours. this we did and received the correct colour sensors the day following your having received them.
the fitting instructions were easy to follow, and the sensors were easy to fit. i am at present recovering from a stroke and was a little apprehensive about undertaking such a project, but experienced no problems what so ever whilst fitting them. they look great on the car and work extremely well. i cannot praise your company or product highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to family, friends and other members of the general public.

I have recently purchased a set of front and rear parking sensors from yourselves and i have been happy with the service i received over the phone when purchasing the items and the service as a whole- the lifetime guarantee was a particularly good selling point (i paid over the phone as i had trouble at the payment stage on the website). Furthermore, i was particularly happy with your optional delegated fitting service- i was contacted by an installer quickly.
The name of the electrical engineer assigned to me was 'DENNIS' -he was brilliant: polite, friendly, hard working and very knowledgeable; it makes a nice change from some of the people i have had to deal with for other car services in the past.
I personally think he is an asset to the company and i wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him (and hence yourselves) to others.

Had your front/rear micro sensors fitted by Denis on Saturday and would like to thank him/you for a good job done in record time. Given that I only contacted you on Thursday to have the good fitted by lunchtime Saturday must be something of a record. Having a Mitsubishi outlander, where part of the rear opening folds downwards to give a loading platform I was a bit confused as to how this could be overcome. Happily Denis was not and did a great job.

A brief note to sincerely thank you for the superb service that I received from your company regarding an issue with the DPS650 parking sensors.
I phoned on Friday afternoon after receiving no help from the garage that originally installed the unit: your technical team provided me with excellent information and sent out a new ‘brain box’ in the post which I received the following morning along with a wiring loom and instruction manual.
You were quite correct in pinpointing the issue with the brain box and subsequent installation has completely fixed the problem.

Just a quick not to say thank yon on the resent 'Sensors' I had installed on my RR Sport.
Graham the vehicle engineer who completed the fitting did a first class job.
I was very impressed with Graham's attention to detail and the care and precision he took in terms of fitting the sensors.
During all stages of the 'fitting', he kept me updated and chatted to me about the sensor locations and kept me briefed at all times, whilst making recommendations on the best approach.
I have to be honest, I was a little nervous having these fitted to my RR S having just spent a pretty penny on the car, but in terms of the look and operation of the sensors, plus the excellent workmanship by Graham I would have NO hesitation in using you guys again or recommending the sensors / fitting to anyone.

"I decided to fit a reversing sensor to my new Honda Accord, the 'factory fit' model being ugly and at more than £400, very expensive. I compared all the models available and in the end decided upon the electromagnetic parking system, it seemed to fit the bill exactly. It cant be seen either in the car or outside, and though the distance covered is not large it is adequate.
The fitting, at least to my car, was not that straightforward and involved dismantling a great deal of the rear trim, but was all easily accomplished in a day.
The operation of the unit is superb, and I would certainly recommend it, I think the main thing about it is that I can 'trust it', even detecting things like plants "
